Valentine's Day Dinner Recipes

This would be a great easy menu for your Valentines Day dinner for your special loved one.  Beef Stroganoff (so so easy crock pot),  Parmesan Knots, Pomegranate Craisin Apple Pecan Salad and Banana Chocolate Chip Cake for dessert. Yum.  Could I come over if you are making this?
