These are great
 served at baby showers when you are using everything "mini". The baby 
oreo garnish should be done at the last minute so they don't get soggy. 
They freeze really well, and can be garnished really quickly. 
Mini Oreo Cheesecakes

 Oreos, split, place cream side face up in a cupcake paper in muffin pan
(Reserve
 other half and crush or food process for garnish later)

 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
3
 eggs 
Beat until fluffy. Fold in 1 
cup mini chocolate chips.
Fill cupcake papers half full. Then 
sprinkle with reserved crushed oreo. Then fill almost to the top with 
cream mixture. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. 
For 
garnish, mix 1 cup sour cream with 2 Tbsp. sugar. Dollop 1 tsp on top of
 each cheesecake. Sprinkle with crushed oreos and stand a mini oreo in
