Raspberry Chipotle Dip Appetizer

Raspberry Chipotle Dip Appetizer
Ingredients:
1 bottle raspberry chipotle sauce (This can be found in the condiment section of the grocery store, by the barbeque sauce. Or you can also find it at Home Goods or TJMAXX. The brand is Fischer Weiser. At Home Goods they have DLJardines Buckin' Berry which is the same thing. They also carry it at Sam's, Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce. It is in a large chubby bottle near the condiments.)
8 oz. cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1 bunch Chopped green onion
1/2 cup Chopped toasted pecans (to toast, place in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake about 10 minutes in a 350 oven, stirring once.)

Instructions:
Mix together the cream cheese and sour cream in an electric mixer or food processor until fluffy.

Using 2 pretty glasses, such as martini type glasses, moisten the top edge of the glass and dip in raw sugar or colored sugar. Divide the cream cheese mixture, half in each. Drop in without touching the sides and spread the top out flat. Pour about 2 Tbs of Raspberry Chipotle over the top of each.

Sprinkle green onions over the top of Chipotle sauce, then sprinkle pecans.

Garnish with a sprig of Cilantro if desired and a few fresh raspberries.

Put the glass on a glass desert size plate and put crackers around the bottom. (If you want to get really fancy, you can put a paper doily on the plate under the glass and then put the crackers on it.)

Serve with Keeblers Wheatables, Original Golden Wheat crackers in a red and yellow box.

If you are having a large party, it is fun to place these in several locations around the house or 3 down the center of your island in the kitchen.
